Indian Ridge Estates
East Side Residences: Settled Since 1150 AD
As early as 1150 AD, the Hohokam people inhabited the area that is now home to a charming and historic Mid-Century Modern neighborhood. The University of Arizona still maintains an archaeological site within the community. Nestled close to shopping and amenities, this vibrant and close-knit neighborhood hosts an annual historic home tour. Indian Ridge Estates is located just north of the intersection of Indian Ruins Road and Tanque Verde Road.
Windsor Park
